This document is a compilation of publications of the Goddard Space Flight Center Hydrospheric and Biospheric Sciences Laboratory for calendar year 2008. Each two-page entry is a cut-and-pasted extraction from a 2008 published journal article, book chapter, symposium or conference proceedings, or technical memorandum.
